Active Listings for 60 Days
All job listings are active for a maximum of 60 days. After this period, the listing will be automatically removed, and you will need to repost if the position is still available.
Job Posting Status
Ensure Status of Job Postings is set to "Published" if intended to be active.
Job Openings & Positions
You can post any number of openings for a single job position, but please ensure that the job description and the requirements for each opening are accurate and consistent with the role being offered. If you have no limitations, you may put '0'.
Accurate Job Descriptions
Provide clear and accurate job descriptions, including required qualifications, responsibilities, working hours, benefits, and salary information where applicable. Incomplete or misleading job descriptions may be flagged or removed.
Only True Openings
Only post genuine, active job opportunities. Listings that are found to be non-legitimate, fake, or misleading will be removed, and the company may face penalties, including suspension of their account.
Respect for Candidates
Ensure that the job descriptions are fair, respectful, and free of any discriminatory language or bias. All listings must adhere to equal opportunity standards and comply with local labor laws.
Non-Discrimination Policy
All job postings should comply with equal opportunity regulations. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other factor is prohibited.
Job Position Restrictions
Jobs posted must adhere to ethical and professional standards. Positions that promote gambling, sexual content, adult services, scams, or other harmful activities will be strictly prohibited.
Direct Company Listings Only
All job postings must be for positions directly within the employer's own organization. Third-party recruiters, staffing agencies, or postings on behalf of other companies are not permitted.
Prohibited Content
No Gambling: Job listings related to gambling, casinos, or any illegal activities are not permitted.
No Sexual Content: Jobs that involve adult content, sexual exploitation, or suggestive content are not allowed.
No Scams or Fraudulent Activities: Any postings promoting scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent activities will be immediately removed and the account may be banned.
No Harmful or Discriminatory Practices: Job opportunities that promote hate speech, violence, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will be removed from the platform.

TAR UMT Rights
TAR UMT reserves the right to review, remove, or suspend any job listing or company account that does not comply with the platform’s guidelines, ethical standards, or terms and conditions. This includes but is not limited to misleading job descriptions, fraudulent postings, and inappropriate content.
Content Responsibility
By posting a job listing, the company acknowledges and agrees to take full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the content shared. Companies should ensure that all job descriptions comply with labor laws and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
Data Privacy and Security
All user data (such as applications, resumes, and personal information) will be handled with confidentiality and in accordance with TAR UMT’s data protection policy. Companies are expected to protect candidate data and use it only for recruitment purposes. Your data on the platform will only be shared internally for convinience purposes.
Platform Abuse
Abuse of the platform, including but not limited to spam, harassment, and posting misleading or false job opportunities, will lead to the suspension of your company account and removal of all posted jobs.
Job Posting Integrity
Only post active and available job opportunities. Inactive or expired job listings should be removed promptly. TAR UMT has the right to remove or suspend listings that appear to be outdated, invalid, or duplicated.
Event Participation Terms
Companies wishing to participate in career fairs or networking events must adhere to the specific terms outlined for each event. TAR UMT reserves the right to limit participation based on availability, company profile completion, or other relevant factors.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by TAR UMT, including logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright laws. Companies are granted limited access to post job listings but do not have rights to redistribute, modify, or reproduce TAR UMT's proprietary content without permission.
Termination of Access
TAR UMT has the right to terminate or suspend a company’s access to the platform for any breach of these guidelines or terms, including, but not limited to, posting inappropriate job opportunities, misuse of platform features, or violations of the platform’s rules.
